Conditions for returning goods

  • СThe goods must be in the original packaging and complete set as you received it. Keep everything, really everything - boxes, books, envelopes and bags
  • You have the right to test the purchased product and make sure you like it, but you are obliged to keep it in perfect condition and appearance. The returned product must be without signs of use, without scratches, without signs of impact and with all the protective coverings that the product had when it was received.
  • If the product is connected to different mobile applications, before it is returned it must be deleted from the respective application and returned to factory settings.
  • The original packaging, all descriptions and documents, incl. ownership documents, must be sound, not scratched or damaged.
  • When purchasing several identical products, only 1 item of unpacked product can be returned. The rest will only be accepted if all boxes/packages are sealed and their integrity is not damaged
  • The shipping costs for returning the product are borne by the Customer.
  • Any type of headphones that fit into the ear canal and have been unsealed;;
  • Special orders - an order for a product that is not available in the https://4controlshop.eu/ warehouse and will be ordered especially for you. You will be notified in advance that the product is a special order and the return conditions do not apply to it;;
  • Amounts paid for services that have already been consumed - repair, software installation, equipment insurance concluded, additional warranties purchased;
  • transport costs, fees at payment and cash on delivery (when returning the equipment, the costs of transport, fees at payment or cash on delivery paid by you at the time of purchase are not refunded);
  • Goods that are not in their original packaging and/or have parts missing from it, as well as a damaged, erased or torn serial number and/or warranty sticker;
  • Goods with poor appearance and visible signs of use - scratches on the case, keyboard, screen, chargers, etc. scratches
  • Consumables (batteries) whose packages have been opened;
  • Goods with registered original guarantees in the manufacturer's system;
  • Products that have had their operating system firmware changed or other programs that were present when the product was shipped
  • Equipment protected by user-entered or custom-configured passwords for user accounts that prevent the device from being reset to its original factory settingsи;
  • Once we receive the returned product, the contents of the shipment will be reviewed and processed by our team;
  • In order to avoid cases of abuse when returning products, we will carry out an examination and test of the returned equipment in our service. If no damage is found, the amount you paid will be refunded. Normally, it will take up to 10 working days for you to receive a response from us as to whether the equipment can be exchanged/taken back;
  • You can choose one of two ways to refund the amount - with a voucher for the full value you paid for the product or by refunding the amount within 14 calendar days to the account you specified in the return application;

    The Customer is responsible for damages caused by breakage, scratches, spills, burns and other impacts excluding the usual testing of the products by the User

    When accepting returned goods from the Customer, we reserve the right to check the products for damages and impacts caused by any unusual use on your part. If such damages are present and established, Raytron Group will make a deduction from the refund amount, according to the assessment of the ascertained damage and according to Art. 55 paragraph 4 of the Civil Code.

    Examples of applicable fees and limitations:

    • up to 25% of the paid amount is deducted if part of the complete set is missing (accessories, cables, packaging of the accessories and the main product, booklets, etc.);
    • up to 25% is deducted if the original packaging is damaged - damaged, torn, scratched or other;
    • in the case of deleted or damaged original software (the software with which the equipment was purchased), its value is deducted, including the labor to restore the original appearance of the product;

 

    The monetary value of the returned product can be used to purchase other products (exchange with the same or another product) or the amount can be returned up to 14 days from the date of return of the product.
