The goods ordered online can be delivered to the address specified by the buyer, by a Speedy courier company or to a Speedy office, according to the customer's wishes. Delivery is free for the territory of Bulgaria. If the customer wishes to use another delivery method, the delivery costs are at his expense.

The deadline for order fulfillment is from 1 to 10 working days (depending on the availability in the warehouse) with the exception of orders placed on Friday after 4 p.m., Saturday, Sunday, weekends and holidays, where the deadline may be longer. Shipments are delivered Monday to Friday between 09.00 and 18.00 and Saturday between 09.00 and 13.00. Some localities may be served by the courier according to a pre-fixed schedule. Exceptions are possible for special orders where the delivery time may be longer than 10 working days.

The user undertakes to provide access and a contact person to accept and pay (if not already) the ordered products.
