General conditions for using the site

7. Registration is completely voluntary and free of charge and is required in the following cases:

• if you wish to access specialized information on the website  www.raytron.eu  – price lists, brochures, manuals and more;
• if you wish to receive Raytron's e-newsletter periodically;
• if you wish to place an order in the online store  www.smartisimo.eu  .

9. Only persons who have reached the age of 18 and are capable of acting can register on the Site. To register on the Site, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and of legal capacity. Raytron Group is not responsible in the event of registration on the Site by a person who does not meet the specified age and legal capacity restrictions, as we do not carry out any checks in this regard, nor do we collect any personal data regarding age and the legal capacity of the persons registered on the Site.

10. When registering, you do not have the right to:

• you use for "username" concepts, expressions, word combinations and the like that violate third party rights, including intellectual property rights;
• you use a "name" that is different from your own;
• use "e-mail" and/or "address" if they are not your personal, without having the full rights to do so from their owner;
• you use "company" without having the full rights to do so from the governing body of the relevant company
• you provide information that is incorrect, incomplete and out of dateи;
• you use content that is illegal, discriminatory, obscene, offensive, threatening, defamatory, hateful or obscene, as well as content that could damage the reputation, offend a third party or reveal a secret protected by law.

11. Raytron Group has the right if it finds that the restrictions of Art. 10 are violated, as well as in case of suspicion that you violate the Terms and/or regulatory requirements in any other way, to terminate your registration on the Site. In this case, Raytron Group will not bear any responsibility towards you.

12. Registration is done in person, and registration on behalf of other persons is not allowed. When registering, you must fill in the mandatory fields in the registration form

13. By pressing the "SEND" button or another button with a similar function at the end of the registration form You:

• declare that you meet the requirements under Art. 9;
• you declare that you do not violate the restrictions under Art. 10;
• you declare that you are authorized by the governing body of the company whose "company" or other details you indicated in the registration form to unconditionally accept the Terms;
• иyou expressly and unconditionally declare that:
• you voluntarily provide Raytron Group with your personal data, which you filled in the registration form, and which are contained in the "online identifiers" when using the Site, described in the Policy;
• you are familiar with the Terms and the Policy and accept them in full and without objection;
• you give your consent for Raytron Group to process your personal data, which you have filled in the registration form, and which are contained in the "online identifiers", in the manner and under the conditions specified in the Policy.

14. After submitting the registration form, you will receive an email to confirm your registration. Upon successfully confirmed registration, your profile will be created on the Site, which will contain the data from the registration form.

15. You can edit the data contained in your profile at any time.

16. You undertake to:

• keep the data in your profile up to date;
• terminate your registration in the event that any of the restrictions under Art. 10..

17. Upon termination of your registration on the Site for any reason, Raytron Group deletes all data from your profile so that it is not possible to restore them in any way. After that, we will not process your personal data received by you during registration and/or when editing it in your user profile.

18. In view of the restrictions under Art. 10, points 3 and 4, as well as the declaration under Art. 13, item 3, Raytron Group reserves the right to request the presentation of additional documents, including signed ones (by hand or with an electronic signature), for additional verification of circumstances.

19. If you wish, you can at any time close your account on the Site (termination of registration) by sending a request for this to info@ raytron.eu. Please note that upon closing the account, your access to the specialized information under Art. 7, item 1 will be discontinued and you will no longer receive Raytron's electronic newsletter.

20. Raytron Group reserves the right to add new, change or remove existing functionalities and/or services and/or information on the Site without prior notice or consent from you..

21. The conditions may be changed in the exercise of Raytron Group's right under Article 20, as well as in the event of legislative changes. When changes are made, they will be posted on the Site.

22. The conditions are current as of 22.07.2023 г.

23.Except in the case of intent or gross negligence, Raytron Group shall not be liable for damages and lost profits arising as a result of:

• use or inability to use the Site, including registration or inability to register;
• deleting your registration, respectively deleting your account and the data contained in it in accordance with the Terms.

24. In the event that any clause of the Terms is found to be invalid, this will not automatically invalidate other clauses.

25. The legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall be applied to matters not settled in the Terms.
